Work at home. Isn’t that what a lot of people want to do nowadays? But how many business opportunities and money making programs are genuine. Not a lot! I can tell you that from my own experiences.
When I started out looking for a work at home business I didn’t have a clue what I was trying to find. There was a lot of people on the internet saying that making money online was easy. It isn’t! There is no such thing as a get-rich-quick scheme on the internet, unless you’re taking some poor suckers money on the pretense you are offering a scam-free work at home job. That’s fine if it is scam-free, but a lot are not!
I should know, I must have tried at least a dozen of them. The worst ones offer you their own money-back guarantee and then put you through hell and high-water when you try to get it back. I’ll give you the low-down on a few of those in a minute. Even when some of the, what you might call a genuine work at home opportunity presents itself, it’s no good to the majority of people, because there isn’t enough information and no back-up to go with it. And unless you’re a computer nerd, what information they do give you can sometimes go right over your head. So let’s have a look at some of the work at home jobs you must avoid like the plague!

PROCESSING REBATES AT HOME.

This caught me out for the mug that I am. They were offering a data base of large companies that needed people to process rebates at home, so they didn’t have to tie up their own staff to do it. Yeah right! The only rebates you would be processing would be the ones you would be offering yourself , in ads paid by you, for various products, also found by you, as an affiliate. In other words you offer a percentage off, whatever product, and take a smaller commission.
They offered a 3 month money-back guarantee on that one too, which was just as well, because it took me nearly all that time to get it back!

PROCESSING E-MAILS AT HOME.

I didn’t get caught out with this one, thank goodness. My pride has enough dents in it.
Similar to the one above, claiming to be a legitimate work at home job, and also based around the fact,(fiction more like), that large companies can’t be bothered processing their own e-mails so why not get you to do it. After passing your hard earned cash over for this one, you are given an identical website to the one you were conned with and told to throw more cash away on large e-mail postings in an attempt to get more people to do what you just did, Talk about an evil circle!

MEDIA PLACEMENT SPECIALIST.

I must admit I don’t have a clue what this is and wasn’t going to risk $60-$70 to find out. But if we look at the ones above, we should just about be able to read between the lines on this one.
Media transfer has to mean paying for more ads, while you try (usually in vain) to sell some product or another. And you can do that without paying a dime to someone else.

PAID SURVEYS

This is a funny one. Mainly because it all depends where you live. USA residents have a much better opportunity to make money online in this sort of home based business, as most of the companies conducting online surveys are based in America. Having said that, you are made to work for your few dollars, in the time it takes to do some of them. So, if your American, after a bit of pocket money and have plenty of time on your hands, then go for it. But it’s no substitute for a real work at home opportunity.

There are other obvious ones you’ve probably heard about.

GET PAID TO SHOP/GET PAID TO DRIVE YOUR CAR etc.

I haven’t tried them so I won’t comment, except to say I couldn’t imagine making enough from either to give up my day job. So what’s left, you might ask? Well I’ll tell you.
If I’ve learned anything at all in my attempts to say goodbye to the boss (or words to that affect), it is this. You don’t get anything unless you are willing to put the time and effort into learning it properly first! There’s just no getting away with it. Get-rich-quick schemes don’t exist. The ones that are getting rich quick are the ones running off with your money, as you strive onwards in your attempts to make money online.
Which brings me to this - IF you’re really serious about changing your lifestyle and want to work from home; are passionate enough in your quest for a LEGITIMATE work at home job, then look no further. And how many times have you read that? This I guarantee you is different.
